Abstract The purpose of this report is to discuss the process of handling Consumptive Credit Insurance Claims. Credit Insurance are one of the products that help banks when the debtor experiences congestion in issuing obligations every month, the coverage provided by the insurance to the bank in case for losses due to defaults caused by debtors. PT Asuransi Bangun Askrida will take action if the Customer experiences congestion in the payment of credit installments to the bank either due to death occured by an accdent or natural death or a hank customer who has terminated employment according to terms and conditions.
