Abstract Karyawan PT Bank Permata yang masih memiliki pinjaman dengan agunan kendaraan bermotor terhadap PT Bank Permata, wajib mengasuransikan kendaraannya kepada asuransi rekanan PT Bank Permata dan diperpanjang setiap tanggal jatuh tempo sampai dengan jangka waktu pinjaman kendaraan berakhir atau lunas. Permasalahan dalam laporan praktik kerja ini adalah bagaimana prosedur penutupan polis baru asuransi kendaraan bermotor bagi karyawan PT Bank Permata, dan apa yang dilakukan apabila kendaraan sudah dilunasi oleh karyawan yang bersangkutan. Pengumpulan data pada laporan praktik kerja ini dilakukan melalui praktik kerja langsung, tanya jawab dan diskusi, serta studi pustaka. Setelah data terkumpul, selanjutnya diolah dengan cara seleksi data dan klasifikasi data. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan, bahwa dalam prosedur penutupan polis baru asurandi kendaraan bermotor bagi karyawan PT Bank Permata sedikit berbeda pada umumnya. Sedangkan, prosedur perpanjangan asuransi tidak ada perbedaan dan adanya endorsment untuk kendaraan yang sudah lunas. kata kunci : asuransi kendaraan bermotor, prosedur
