Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh mobile application tmconnect dan sales training terhadap kinerja tenaga penjualan asuransi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Tokio Marine Life Insurance Indonesia Cabang Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tenga penjualan asuransi. Sampel yang digunakan sebagai bahan uji sebanyak 81 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda untuk melihat pengaruh masing-masing variabel secara parsial (uji t) dan pengaruh secara bersama-sama (uji F) serta mengetahui besarnya pengaruhnya dengan metode koefisien determinasi menggunakan software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel mobile application tmconnect tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial, sedangkan variabel sales training berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial. Jika variabel mobile application tmconnect & sales training secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial, namun besarnya pengaruhnya relatif kecil sehingga perlu penelitian lebih lanjut tentang kinerja tenaga penjualan asuransi dengan variabel lainnya.
