Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kualitas Produk Asuransi Kendaraan Bermotor Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di PT Asuransi XYZ Indonesia . Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan teknik analisis data Regresi Berganda. Sampel penelitian ini adalah Pelanggan PT Asuransi XYZ Indonesia , Jakarta pada tahun 2019. Sampel dalam penlitian sebanyak 92 pelanggan diambil dengan menggunakan teknik aksidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan PT Asuransi XYZ Indonesia (2) Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Asuransi Kendaraan Bermotor Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan PT Asuransi XYZ Indonesia (3) Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kualitas Produk Asuransi Kendaraan Bermotor Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan PT Asuransi XYZ Indonesia Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Kualitas Produk
