Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan terhadap kepuasan nasabah khususnya pada nasabah asuransi kendaraan bermotor di PT Andika Mitra Sejati (Insurance Broker). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, hasil dan kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : Kualitas pelayanan (X1) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah asuransi kendaraan bermotor (Y) yang dibuktikan dengan thitung > ttabel (6.862509 > 1.66342). Selanjuthya Kinerja karyawan (X2) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah asuransi kendaraan bermotor (Y) yang dibuktikan dengan thitung > ttabel (3.538931 > 1.66342). Sedangkan kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan nasabah asuransi kendaraan bermotor. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (25.298 > 43.96). Dari hasil pengolahan dan komputerisasi dengan menggunakan program SPSS diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0.382. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kepuasan nasabah (Y) dapat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan (X) sebesar 0.382 atau 38.2%. Sedangkan sisanya 0,618 atau 61.8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Kinerja Karyawan dan Kepuasan Nasabah.
