Abstract Program dana pensiun adalah program yang dibuat untuk menjamin risiko para pekerja di masa tuanya. Dalam mengelola dana pensiun, dapat dilakukan dengan metode perhitungan aktuaria. Program pendanaan pensiun dibagi atas dua macam, yaitu program pensiun iuran pasti dan program pensiun manfaat pasti. Penelitian ini membahas Program Pensiun Manfaat Pasti. Program pensiun manfaat pasti adalah program pensiun yang besar manfaatnya telah ditentukan di awal berdasarkan peraturan Dana Pensiun. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk menjelaskan keuntungan bagi karyawan maupun perusahaan dengan menghitung iuran normal serta kewajiban aktuaria dengan menggunakan metode Projected Unit Credit dan Individual Level Premium. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, yang merupakan jenis penelitian yang berusaha menggambarkan atau menjelaskan secermat mungkin mengenai suatu hal dari data yang ada, yaitu data dalam bentuk angka-angka dan dapat dinyatakan dalam satuan hitung. Adapun Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data-data sekunder yang terkait dengan data karyawan dari PT. Jasaraharja Putera cabang Manado dan table Individual Annuity Mortality 1971. Dari hasil penelitian ini, terdapat bahwa metode yang lebih menguntungkan untuk karyawan adalah metode Individual Level Premium, dan metode yang lebih menguntungkan perusahaan adalah metode Individual Level Premium. Berdasarkan analisa data yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pada kondisi peserta program pensiun ingin memperoleh iuran normall yang lebih menguntungkan adalah metode Individual Level Premium, dikarenakan iuran normal dengan menggunakan metode ILP tetap/konstan setiap tahunnya. Sedangkan pada kondisi penyelenggara program pensiun, kewajiban aktuaria yang lebih menguntungkan adalah metode Individual Level Premium , dikarenakan pembayaran kewajiban aktuaria dengan metode ILP tetap/konstan setiap tahunnya.
