| Abstract | Kemampuan mengoperasikan komputer atau hard skill merupakan salah satu kemampuan yang perlu dimiliki masyarakat pada era revolusi industri 4.0. Termasuk kemampuan mengoperasikan berbagai macam software dalam komputer. Salah satu software yang digunakan adalah software pengolahan data yaitu Microsoft Excel. Kegunaan software ini sangat luas, contohnya pengelolaan administrasi tempat ibadah, pengelolaan data penduduk sekitar, pengelolaan kas (iuran) komunitas, pengelolaan administrasi hasil produksi dan lain sebagainya. Namun kemampuan ini belum merata di seluruh lapisan masyarakat, khususnya pada masyarakat desa. Desa Segara Makmur di Kabupaten Bekasi adalah salah satu desa yang memiliki kerjasama dengan STMA Trisakti. Sebagai bentuk komitmen STMA Trisakti untuk mengembangkan desa tersebut maka dilaksanakan suatu program pengabdian berupa pemberian pelatihan Microsoft Excel kepada masyarakat di desa tersebut. Dari kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan yaitu, terdapat peserta yang sudah pernah menggunakan komputer namun belum mengenal Microsoft Excel, peserta antusias mengikuti pelatihan khususnya saat praktik secara langsung menggunakan laptop, dan sebagian peserta memiliki pengetahuan dasar tentang perhitungan yang diterapkan dalam Microsoft Excel. |
